            The Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the bill on page two, section eleven, line twenty, after the colon, by striking out the proviso and inserting in lieu thereof a new proviso to read as follows:

            Provided, however, That in a judicial circuit that has established, in conjunction with a county board of education, a truancy program within a county in which a school-based juvenile probation officer is utilized to handle truancy matters within that county, then the Supreme Court of Appeals and the county board of education shall each pay one half of the costs of the salary and benefits for hiring the school-based juvenile probation officer.
